Founder and Executive Director

Pinkie Mochumi is the Founder and Executive Director of Azilwa. A professional in the field of Corporate Governance, Compliance, Administration and Management of Board of Directors, Pinkie has over the years acquired extensive experience in managing Boards of Companies in the Energy, Telecon, Agriculture, Non Profit Organisations, Technology and State Owned Enterprise (SOE’s). Pinkie is passionate about instilling conscience in business and inspiring ethical leadership which led her to start her own business, running an experienced team of professional Consultants.

Pinkie has championed turn-around strategies, motivated for change and promoted increased accountability in various roles where she participated as a Governance Advisor.  She is active in championing learning campaigns in SOE’s, administrating BEE Schemes and is a Company Secretary to various companies.

She has qualifications in Procurement and Supply Chain, Marketing Management, Cost Management and Accounting, Customer Service, and recently also vested in Strategic Management.


Office Manager

Busi Zwane is the backbone of Azilwa.  As Office Manager she ensures the smooth running of our offices on a day to day basis which include a host of activities from planning, co-ordinating, liaising with clients, problem solving and does it with exceptional administrative flair.

Busi has extensive experience and background which she has gained in Executive Assistant roles at various companies and is fully versed in Human Resource methodologies.  She has been with the company since its inception and shares in our vision.  Busi brings loyalty, enthusiasm, professionalism with her and is a valued member of our team.
